Sam Came Home on Oct. 8

Dearest Sam’s fanclub,

Sam finally sprung out of “jail” on Sunday… just in time to celebrate Jacob’s 3rd birthday.

Sam spent the weekend in good spirits, getting used to using his new ventilator at night. He did great. He’s very glad to be home and this time, we think he’s really well and over the pneumonia!! We hope by the end of the week that Sam will attend some 1/2 days in school.
